About me

I am a multicultural designer. I am originally from China, studied abroad in Florence, Italy, during my college years, and now I am in the U.S. All my experiences allow me to look at life and design problems from multiple perspectives. As a female designer, I have a strong sense of empathy, which is my superpower. It lets me quickly capture users' emotions and pain points and translate them into design results.

I also enjoy traveling! I use every vacation to travel around the world. I have been to more than 30 countries across Asia, Europe, North America, and more. Traveling not only brings me relaxation but also brings me new design inspiration.

My philosophy is: Simple But Better, use design to make life easier!

Conducted user research and analyzed data to advocate a user-centered product development approach and a new user experience for Google pay Z-era users.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and Mid-fidelity mockups.

Upgraded the design system and visual identity for Snap-on's Fixer&Maker website to create a better user experience.
Conducted user research and analyzed data to create a new community site for Snap-on to increase the sense of belonging among users to the company. Responsible for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conducted usability testing and iterated on design solutions based on user feedback.
